The service aims to offer safe and comprehensive care in the community in partnership with service users, carers, stakeholders and other agencies. The team has clinical expertise and specialist skills, the skills are vital in terms of offering range of therapeutic intervention to meet individual needs. The team offers 24/7 support which depends on individuals care plan.

At Smooth Care we offer placements for vulnerable adults of mixed gender, the placements consist of specialist care treatment, management and rehabilitation. The overall team covers a highly skilled multidisciplinary team of registered manager, registered mental health nurses, support workers, Clinical Psychologist and Occupational Therapist.
